Super K9 Dog Of The Week:

"Nina"

Breed: Manchester Terrier

Nina's Proud Parent: Linda Yates, of Cusseta, Ga

We got Nina when she was eight weeks old from a friend, you could hold her in one hand she was so little. Nina is now one year and three months old and now and it takes both arms to hold her. She is sweet, loveable, and a joy to be around. She likes to run and is so very fast, it looks almost like a blur. She wants a piece of ice every time I get some from the freezer. She likes to sleep in your lap or on the bed along beside you. She loves kids, and gets so overjoyed when the grand-kids come visiting, her bark becomes an excited high pitched squeal. She is very smart and learns real fast. When she was being house broken, we used the training pads, she would stand and watch my husband bundle up the pad to dispose, the third day, after doing her business, she bundled the pad up herself, I caught it on video. My husband and I are in our sixties and have no children at home. Nina fills that void in our lives she is like a child to us and we treat her as one. She is our baby girl.
